Overview

Samo Bahato is a sticker series I made for Propaganda Department, my art and branding studio. It started from revolt. There were things I wanted to tell people about the problems we face, the social issues of Novi Sad and Serbia.

So each sticker approves the abuse it points at and signs off with Samo bahato, Serbian slang for doing it brazenly and getting away with it. I started the series in October 2025 and made it in ChatGPT, with GPT-4o, the image model ChatGPT offered at the time. Some of the stickers were printed.

On the street

Three of the stickers deal with the street, starting with Bacajmo smeće po ulici (Let's throw litter in the street) and Parkiraj gde god hoćeš (Park wherever you want).

The third, Nema potrebe za javnim toaletima (No need for public toilets), came in two versions. Starbursts announced each new sticker on Instagram: Nova nalepnica za narod! (A new sticker for the people!) and Nova državna nalepnica! (A new state sticker!).

Three more are about the air and the water: Pušimo i dalje u restoranima (We still smoke in restaurants), Ne recikliramo plastiku (We don't recycle plastic) and Ko nema vode, neka kupi (No water? Buy some).

The rest point at those in charge: Ne raspisuj izbore (Don't call elections) and Zaposli svu rodbinu (Give all your relatives a job).

Zanemarimo javni prevoz (Let's neglect public transport) came in two versions. Ubi boga u pobunjenom narodu says Beat the hell out of the rebellious people.
