Features
Due Date Flow
When getting assignments done at the exact time is important to you and your team, you can set a due date and time. In that way, you can prioritize and meet your deadlines. The due date can be added to an Item.
Events let you set the date and the time to receive important notifications and reminders about your Items. Set a custom message you want to send to the Team Members you choose at the exact time.
Task Overview
Task overview modal offers a view of the entire task and its correlations with other tasks. It's a little dashboard. The idea was to create a modal that will contain all essential features in one place, but at the same time, I tried to make it simple and not overcrowded with features.
Member Profile Modal
When a Team Member is added to an organization, the Organization members can access the Team Member’s profile card which contains various information by clicking on the desired Team Member from the table. The Organization Owner and Admins can edit the information. The Engagements tab is where you can add the hours a Team Member spends working on a Project per week. Clicking on the green Add Engagement button in the upper right corner of the Engagements tab will open a new modal for adding new engagement.
Sprint Overview
Ideal for Scrum framework users who organize their work into iterations - Sprints. Set a Sprint goal and prioritize tasks that will help you achieve the goal. Multiple active sprints enabled for different teams collaborating on one board.
This screen is working as a classic kanban board only it is a selection of tasks prepared for one custom timed sprint. Since this is an application's core feature, we have invested most of our attention into the look and functionalities of the task cards as a single and as a group.
Cross-Platform Unification
The entire web app is carefully translated to the iOS platform so it can be used on devices. Every single pattern and flow that is used on the large screens is recreated on a smaller scale so the user can efficiently navigate through it on a different platform without a learning curve.
