Crafted by the visionary team at FBN Qube, a Serbian-based startup, Kompass serves a dual purpose: it allows users to effortlessly schedule appointments for a variety of services while enabling businesses to manage their bookings with unprecedented ease.
The Challenge
The core challenge was to develop an interface that simplified the booking experience across a multitude of service categories for two distinct user groups: service seekers and service providers. The goal was to deliver a product that balanced simplicity with the comprehensive features needed for a wide range of services.

The 'Find Service Flow' was meticulously designed to reduce complexity and cognitive load for the user. This involved creating a seamless journey from category selection to final booking confirmation, taking cues from existing, well-established booking systems to ensure user familiarity.

A user-friendly interface was created for businesses to set up their profiles. The flow was strategically developed to guide business owners through the necessary steps, from inputting basic information to adding detailed service lists, without overwhelming them.

Wireframe Development

Corporate Memphis is a term used to describe a flat, geometric art style, widely used in Big Tech illustrations in the late 2010s and early 2020s.
